A Treat For Cebuana Make Up Lovers

DollFace Cosmetics has been around for three years now. It has survived the test of time and it consistently provides old and new patrons with affordable, quality-made cosmetics.

It initially opened as an online store and slowly climbed its way up the ladder, earning spots at well-known stores in different malls in the Luzon area.

Gaining popularity through great service and an impressive product list, DollFace Cosmetics has, in my opinion, earned a name for itself. Ever since I got into make-up, DollFace was there to assist me with my cosmetic needs. My first ever make-up palette and Brush set was from their brand.

Recently, it garnered the award as Most Outstanding Make-up Palettes & Brushes Provider in the Philippines by Top Brands.

I believe awards like these are not just given at random. I sincerely agree that it’s well-deserved.

Now, another celebration will be made as the online-based store opens its first Make-up studio at its hometown, Cebu.

The opening was held last September 10, 2011 featuring a variety of guests, including the well-known designer Cary Santiago, and not to mention Jude Bacalso. Also, friends and family of Pearl, the brains behind the brand, were there to give their support.

The event included viewing of the product displays from the brand and also from Charm make-up brushes, Digital Traincase, and other international brands that offer Beauty products. There’s also a live demo for those who are interested to test the products. I was one of the privileged ones to do this with a 15 year old model. I used DollFace Cosmetics and NYX products.

Here are a few pictures from the event:

If you’re from Cebu and wish to see the place, it’s located at Unit 103 Edens Place corner C. Rosal & Acacia St. Brgy. Camputhaw, Cebu City. If you want to check out their displays, they have counters at The Ramp, Crossings, and Purebeauty Serendra.

I sincerely wish Dolled Up and DollFace Cosmetics all the best. I hope that it will continue to prosper and take the country by storm. Who knows, it might even reach the international audience. Like everything else, it’s one step at a time; slowly, but surely.

From Parklane, there’s a road to the right where Imagine is, you can turn right there and you’ll reach the road to the intersection where Handuraw is, just pass that road and you’ll see Cafe Noir, Dolled Up is beside it.
