PMD Personal Microdermabration

PMD Personal Microdermabration in the comfort of your home!

PMD Personal Microdermabration: PMD stands for Personal Microderm, a device that brings professional microdermabration in the comforts of your own home and for a way cheaper price.

The concept behind this is when the outermost layer of the skin is peeled off, it signals the body to rush to that area and generate new skin cells, therefore improving skin’s texture, reducing fine lines, pores, and allowing skin care products to be absorbed more effectively.

I was very anxious to use the PMD tool. I made sure I read every single instruction in the manual provided, watched the DVD, and practiced with my training disc. The idea of scratching the skin on my face like that just made me cringe. But, when I finally got the hang of it, I reveled in the results. Having been through my worst break out episode ever, I was left with so many scars that literally made me want to not go out at all.

In my journey to getting rid of my scars, I’ve used a couple of products in hopes that they would work and gradually give me the results I desperately needed. With PMD Personal Microdermabration, I’ve seen faster changes on my skin. Although, I don’t use it all over my face. I concentrate on the dark spots left by healed pimples. I still follow the specific warning not to pass one area more than twice. I do this because I’m still quite young and I feel like with the exfoliation process my skin goes through naturally, plus my daily face scrub, and using my face brush…My skin is quite thin. I get wounded easily. But we all have different skin types. Try to know your skin a lot more before using this product.

Generally, my skin is a lot smoother, my break outs are less frequent, and I can finally go out…not without makeup…but with just concealer and powder on my face (LOL) I guess I am just not blessed with perfect skin tone and complexion to not ever put any kind of makeup.

Along with the PMD, I have used the following products to help renew my skin and fade my acne scars:

PMD Personal Microdermabration

Aveeno Clear Complexion Cream cleanser, Neutrogena Rapid Clear 2-in-1 Fight & Fade toner, Simple Replenishing moisturizer, and Neutrogena Cler Face Break out free Sunscreen lotion

    Good day!

This is Susie. We can use this PMD in different areas of our body right? How about on my legs, does it also works? I actually have many scars on my legs, and I think this can help lighten my scar. I underwent the micro dermabrasion some 2 years ago, but then I stopped because it’s expensive. I just noticed it now that it somehow works, but they’re using different device (not PMD). Now, as I am searching online that can help me rid off of my scar, I found that PMD has the same mechanism as what dermatologist applied to me before. Hope you will response my queries. Thank you.. and one thing too, is this available in Cebu, Philippines?
