A Makeup Palette for Beginners and Pros Alike!
The Sedona Lace 168 Pro Full Color 2nd edition makeup palette features beautiful, bright, daring, colorful eye shadows, as well as gorgeous neutrals comparable to Lorac eye shadows from the Pro Palette, as well as pigmentation of MAC and Urban Decay eye shadows. For the price you are paying for, you will get outstanding consistency, good color pay-off (with primers and base of course), and ease of application.
On the other hand, I suggest you keep your expectations for its lasting power at a low. It tends to fade at the end of the day. By fade, I mean it’s not as vibrant as when you applied it. I don’t mean that at the end of the day, you will no longer have any trace of eye shadows on your eyes left.

I received this makeup palette from Sedona Lace as part of their marketing strategy. They expect nothing but honesty and that really endeared me to their brand. The whole process was smooth-sailing. The next thing I knew, the package was at my door step.
First off, I feel the need to point out that they truly made sure the makeup palette was safe. It was placed in a big box filled with peanuts and the makeup palette itself was wrapped in a thick roll of bubble-wrap. So, as expected, the eye shadows were pristine. Here are my thoughts upon opening it:
- Secure and durable packaging
- Each makeup palette was covered in plastic wrap.
- Each makeup palette had a clear sheet.
- The color selection is absolutely stunning!
- The makeup palette contains a selection of matte, satin, to shimmery eye shadows.
As for the eye shadows, they are so beautiful! I can’t stop repeating myself! The color selection is just… I don’t know what word to use. I’m obsessed. Just see for yourself!
As for application, they have a soft, creamy consistency to them, even though they are powder. They are not powdery, chalky, or anything like that. I love that it’s so easy to apply and blend them. Here are a few swatches of the eye shadows from the the top (with the red ribbon) makeup palette.
The photos above were taken with my phone, but here’s one taken with my prime lens:
The swatches were done with a white base underneath to make the colors really pop; however, you can use the Sedona Lace Stick it to ‘em eye shadow primer as well to really get their true color. here is a comparison of two eye shadows using a white base, the Sedona Lace eye shadow primer, and with no primer and base (L-R):
